A great beach getaway!

lovely beach cottage close to the beach and fun restaurants. We also did several visits to Disney and was only 30 minute drive - highly recommend!

What a great spot! You can almost hear the waves crashing from the beach. Perfect for beach-going, bike riding and dophin watching from the pier.

A Respite From the Beach Bustle

Steps from the beach and the main pier shops and restaurants, we used this unit as our home base for a relaxing weekend. Comfy beds, clean accommodations, love having the garage spot, and the Roku setup was nice too. A perfect location in Balboa peninsula which we hope to visit again.

Great for a family of four! Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Updated, clean with plenty of living space, beach chairs and towels, kitchen utensils etc. Perfect for a week at the beach with the family!

Trip to California for a wedding

I’ve visited Newport Beach for a family friend’s wedding. Location is so close to the beach and shopping. Place was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Garage is tight but with a small suv or car you will be just fine.

Great, and I mean great great location Place was well appointed, everything worked. It was a hot hot week unual at best but we made thru it with fans. The Realty company were quite helpful in all areas!

Fine place to stay near beach

Overall good place to stay. It was clean and kitchen was stocked with cookware. I gave 4 stars due to a damp feel and slight musty smell. The towels were Very Thin and utensils (forks) were sparse I think only 5. In addition the furniture could use an update a bit worn beds were comfortable. Overall the place was clean and suited our needs.

We would use them again for sure

This is our second time with Beachview. They are very responsive and always answer the phone. Our place on 29th Street was a great location. So close to the beach and all the fun restaurants. What I really liked was that departure was easy. We didn't have to strip the beds. We would use them again for sure.
