「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! 「The location was great--walking distance to the Newport points of interest. Some areas of the hotel were in better condition than others. The first floor where we stayed had some ceiling tiles missing in the hallway and the visual into the ceiling space was unappealing and caused the hallway to be warm and stuffy. 「Overall a very good option in/around Copley. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Self check-in is great and instructions were clear. No serious complaints - just some nitpicking: some of the details were showing the properties age, but I guess one could argue it added character to the place.
