「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. 「This place is nice and although is far from the wharf, I found it comfortable and clean. The main issue me had was that rather gut across our bedroom there was a group of frat boys partying super hard at any time of the night until the early morning(4 am/7 am. A person from front desk asked them at 4 am to stop. They were very noisy again at 7 am. I compliant multiple times and they never got kicked out. 「Very clean rooms. Plenty of towels and amenities. Conveniently located and easy to find. Good breakfast but it’s showing its age. Staff were very responsive and eager to be helpful.」

「I booked a room at The Cleveland House for an overnight stay to celebrate my wife's birthday. Rick and Mel were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Our room was nice and clean. There was a high occupancy, but we barely heard the other guests. Breakfast the next morning was delicious! We will be back!」
