“I feel like the online pictures are deceiv”

“Took a $25 deposit and never refunded the money. Won’t be back. Parking is terrible as well.”

“Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns.”

“We booked 3 rooms because the pics showed that they have been updated with laminate flooring. Carpet is a big no as I suffer from dust allergies. Our rooms were located on the 2nd floor & were not updated & all had carpet. There is also no elevator. I voiced my concerns to the staff regarding the outdated rooms as this is not what we saw online when we booked. The rooms are in the process of being updated, but have not reached the 2nd floor yet. Staff was very eager to move us to the 1st……

“It was very good for what we needed to attend a family funeral in Carthage, MO. Staff was great. Parking right in front of our door. Located near shopping for anything you might need. Good luck to the new management. We thank you helping us during a sad time. Travelers from Rhode Island.”

“Great place on a budget. Stacy at the front desk is a great hostess.”
