"We had an excellent stay at The Tower Hotel in Niagara Falls! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean and very well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also really appreciated the transfer shuttle from the parking lot—it was fast, convenient, and readily available whenever we needed it, making parking completely stress-free. The IHOP hotel was conveniently in the hotel with a great view of the falls! Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Tower Hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!"
