"Okay so- this might be long but I’ll do my best to keep it short .
Arrived with my family to be greeted by the nicest front desk worker ever! In fact all the staff were incredibly helpful and kind!! 10/10 in terms of service. Including the Boston pizza restaurant that’s in the hotel.
Our room was great!! It was clean and very spacious. We had the room with 2 double beds and the bunk beds section (there was also a separate room for closet, storage and kitchenette area that was handy!)
It was clean.
The tv had access to Netflix and Disney plus(using your own account).
The balcony was nice and big!! Nice view but 2 cheap plastic chairs and mini table weren’t very comfortable.
Room included a 4-person dining table and chairs
My only single complaint about the room was that the bathroom felt really small.
Arcade was cool, a little small than i expected.
But, the waterpark was incredible!!! My kids were 5 and 11 and had an absolute blast !!
My husband and I really enjoyed it too!! Lots of slides and things to do. For all ages.
They also had an outdoor playground that was cool too. I want to go back next year. "
"My family and I have been going to this hotel for many years now. We love this hotel for the convenience and comfort. We all get to stay in one room the family suite. We love building our memories here. The customer service is good there is always room for improvement overall. The view was great for my family and seeing the fireworks. "

"Everything is walking distance and the car can stay at the parking lot (not free).
The room we stayed at was clean and no signs of bugs. I just wished the small fridge would just chill and stop freezing all our stuff up."
