Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“The door had clearly been kicked in in the past and not replaced. The shower was dirty. The TV was missing and when I asked for one at the front desk the person was reluctant to accommodate and I never got one. The bathroom door had screw holes that looked like someone had barricaded themselves inside it at some point. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. I wasn't brave enough to stay the full 3 days I booked, I left after 2 nights. Thankfully, there were no bugs.”

瀑布景观塔楼酒店

瀑布景观塔楼酒店

10/10 优秀
"We chose Fallsview room, and the view was spectacular. The hotel also provides an observatory deck for customers to see the falls. If you don’t book a fall view room, you can still have access to watch the falls from the tower."
