「Great staff, friendly and helpful. Room kinda smelt like cigarette smoke.」

「When we checked into the room, it was at night. I went to the bathroom and in the windowsill were ants. The ants were also on the extra roll of toilet paper that was sitting on the windowsill. It was late, so i sprayed some bug spray and then the next morning, I communicated this to the manager. I showed him exactly what I was talking about and he said he was going to talk to the housekeeper. I went about my day and when i came back at night, nothing had been cleaned. it was as I had left it....

「It is well-located, 10-min walking distance to the falls. The bed is also comfortable, but the room is dated and so dim. We were a bit shocked when notified that our room was on the ground floor, where everyone can easily reach outside our room. That made us worry about our safety. Ended up nothing bad happening, but you may have to think twice if you prioritize safety as your main concern when choosing a hotel. 」

「Pictures of this location are edited. Looks nithing like the actual property. Not clean, broken tile flooring throughout room. They charge additional for parking. Not a good place to stay」
