“6 mins from NOC where we were going White water rafting. There are no elevators and all rooms are on second floor so you have to be able to navigate stairs. We got there later than planned and directions for late check in were clear and easy! They texted us later to make sure we fot in ok”

“Such a cool place to stay. 15 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway with beautiful Mountain views from the front porch of my cabin. Each cabin has two rooms but if you’re just renting one, they won’t put strangers next door...so you have the place to yourself. Staff was so nice. I didn’t eat meals there but found it very charming that they serve family style and even ring a bell when it’s time to eat. The whole stay was like taking a step back in time in the best way. I’ll definitely be back.”

“We loved our stay….everything was easy from check in to check out and the house was super well stocked with all the essentials! The property is very well set up for dogs. Close proximity to all the good areas, and the Lake was very clean (although cold and rainy). Beautiful scenery and the Nature walk near the waterfall is a must. Karen was a great host!”

“The owner was very responsive, she got back to my messages very quickly! Im so picky about cleanliness, it can be a mansion but if not clean, I'm not having it, but this cabin was very clean. I was a little concerned since it is a little older cabin, but it really is clean. The river was wonderful , the towns dillsburo and sylva were quaint and wonderful.
