「Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals.」

「We have stayed this hotel before. We really like it. This time, there was a staff shortage. Our toilet ran the duration of our 2 day stay. The front desk told us twice there was no maintenance worker available. When we checked out, we told the front desk again about the toilet. He told us there were no notes related to our room about this issue. He assured us it would repaired. 」

「The concierge, Zack, tops off the stay, and makes guests feel special. It is so important to get good advice for a city and you will be very impressed with the service you receive from Zack, just like you would receive at a fine five star hotel. The property is lovely, the pool can use a little updating, however, our stay was early in the season, so I’m sure improvements were coming. 」

「Hotel was beyond expectations .. front desk staff was so friendly and sweet. Rooms were very large and clean. Can’t wait to come back!」

「Property looks great from the street. The location is just a short walk to all the shops in downtown. The floors on the front porch, lobby and hallways were dirty. They needed to be swept and the tile should have been mopped. The front entrance door and trim work had peeling paint. Our room was warm at first but the man at front desk came and opened the air vents which helped a lot. Our room was small and no TV, which we were aware of.」

「The bed was extremely comfy and the hotel and baths were immaculate clean. There was a fold out sofa in the room that was dirty. It really needs to be replaced. We would not sit on it. 」
