“From the first phone call here, we were disappointed. I called to ask if we could check in maybe 35 minutes early. We had been riding bikes outside in the rain and were freezing cold and muddy; the answer was a flat no, that the rooms were still being cleaned. Check out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 4 p.m. That is more than enough time to clean rooms, and even if our specific room wasn’t ready, I’m guessing another one of the same type was within 35 minutes of check-in. “Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was clean and warm and homey. Floors are a bit creaky with weird spots in front of each door where the floor sags a bit. The toilet paper was also 0.5 ply, but you get what you pay for. I actually took a picture of the toilet paper……

“I have stayed in a slope facing condo here. It was fun for watching skiers. The quieter side of this condo has me anxious to return. I enjoyed the quiet balcony time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The windows were tricky and could use some TLC, as more than one gave me a bit of a fight as I tried to open and close them. Overall, I feel I’ve found the perfect spot to stay. ”

“Easy access to Keystone ski resort. Unit was clean, well stocked, and maintained. Excellent communications from property manager throughout the process. Would happily book with them again. ”
