"I really appreciate the early check in and late checkout which counts for A LOT. However, the front desk rarely answered the phone. No one advised us at check in that housekeeping services needed to be requested every day. They weren’t automatic. Throwback to covid for sure. I upped our stars from 2 in the fall to 3 due to the checkin/out generosity. That did not happen last time. Also, fortunately someone texted me which gave me a line of communication so I didn’t have to 100% rely on someone answering the phone "
