“Property was close to RIT. Only problem was ants in the kitchen. Other than the ants, it was clean & as advertised.”

I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. ”

“If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer……

“Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!”

“We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)”
