This was our 3rd visit to NCV. We like how easy it is to walk to the downtown area of Oceanside. The pool area and nearness to the beach is wonderful. So much to do in the area, too!

Overall, unit was good. Great ocean and pool views. The mini-toilet was the one drawback, especially for tall people. Changing it to a normal size is greatly encouraged!

The pictures do not do the view justice the location was wonderful. There were a few hiccups with the unit itself however the management company said they’re going to take care of it. Overall a great stay and I would stay there again

This place was amazing!! Beautiful views of the ocean, you could hear the waves from the entire condo, the grounds were beautiful-overall fantastic! We spent most of the time at the beach, which was only a short couple minute walk! The condo had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again - E202 is our favorite one so far at this complex!

The property and landscaping is beautiful. However, this property overlooks the pool which is open until 11:00 PM, so it's extremely noisy in the evening which is difficult if you're trying to rest or relax.

The unit was very nice and well furnished. The view of property and ocean fantastic. Being close to the pool with all the kids during the day was fun to watch, but we do wonder why the older kids were not in school. We have in the past stayed on the North Coast property and are aware of all they offer.

The view from the balcony is amazing! The beach is very close!We enjoyed staying in this property! Will come next year for sure! Some upgrades are needed, like carpet, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In overall- it is a good place to stau for vacation!

Perfect view of the pool and was able to see the ocean as well. Enjoyed having the beach right outside the gate. Nice morning walks and workout in the gym. Pool was cleaned everyday. The apartment has everything you needed to cook and eat in. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

This property and location is purely amazing. I was sad to have to go. The view of the ocean from the room and the sound of the waves was exactly what I was needing away from home. The beach is less than a minute away walking down the stairs and out the gate. The sunsets are breath taking. The location is conveniently located near local stores and eateries. The room has everything needed for a home away from home. The bed was so comfortable. I cannot wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at North Coast Village for 4 months this past winter and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, walkable to everything in Oceanside. Unfortunately, the property grounds were undergoing some renovations, so not as peaceful or pretty as normal. The unit itself was not new, but was comfortable and the management company, Make My Vacation, was very responsive to all of my concerns and/or questions. I am looking forward to my return next winter!
