10/10 clean condo footsteps to the beach!! We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our spring break trip. This was our second stay at this complex but this was our favorite unit by far. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The deck is perfect for your morning coffee and falling asleep to the crashing waves after a full day of fun was priceless! The only suggestion I would make is that the beach chairs are due to be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental with all the amenities. Updated decor. Great proximity to the beach and a nice view. My only recommendation is to make the king bed more comfortable as it was a bit firm for me. And also the dishwasher is not functioning properly.

This unit was exactly as advertised; clean, views of the ocean, short walk to the beach and pool. The whole property was impeccably maintained and beautiful. This is a great location, close enough to do stuff in San Diego, but also has small-town feel with beautiful beachfront.

This was a very nice unit in a good location! We thought our actual unit backed up to the beach, but it didn't. But the beach was very close. The property was pretty and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

A beautiful condo at a great location. Nice view and comfortable beds. Enough room for the three kids for the three kids in the guest room. A little warm in the afternoons without a/c, but got a good breeze with the deck door open and the front door screened.

Beautiful apartment - bright, open layout, very clean, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen and bathrooms looked recently renovated and were beautiful. The location was terrific - ocean views, the beach just steps away, and a 15-20 minute walk to stores, bars, and restaurants. Everything was super convenient. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The condo is amazing! Very clean, had everything we needed, and it having a washer and dryer inside the unit was really helpful. The beach and ocean is right outside the door and the property is beautiful. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property and would definitely recommend to anyone.
