“The staff was excellent. My own room and the whole hotel seemed very clean. I would have given a higher rating but for two things. First, it's one of those older European hotels where there's no ground floor lobby, meaning that you access the lobby from the street by climbing a set of steps that curve tightly--very difficult with large or heavy luggage, and impossible, I would assume, for anyone who can't navigate a narrow, steep, curving staircase. “Hotel Baume provides comfortable accommodation. The location is very convenient and safe, a lot of restaurants, cafes and stores are nearby. We rented the room with a double bed and sofa bed, the space is acceptable for 3-4 persons. The services of the reception is super good and the manager who served us is very helpful and gentleman. We will highly recommend Hotel Baume to others.”
