“We enjoyed our stay. The room was so clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. We loved the balcony overlooking the river. We didn’t use the fireplace, but was nice to have if it had been cold. We liked the location. It wasn’t a busy area, but close to activities, restaurants and shopping. We will be back! We loved everything about it!”

“Overall hotel was okay and very popular. Things that could be improved -- 1. Since the pool and splash pad were overrun by children (which is to be expected in a family destination) it would have been nice if either a) the outdoor spa could have been reserved for adults OR b) the pool facilities would be closed to children after 9 p.m. 2. They make retractable clothes lines that can be installed in the tub/shower area. If you want to encourage reuse of towels, I would advise installing……

“Room was Awesome ! We had came up for a weekend getaway, My Vehicle tore up. Had to get it towed home . Had to get someone come pick us up,they were very helpful letting us say in room extra hour till our help arrived. Very understanding. Excellent place lots of Activities to keep everyone occupied. “This was our 2nd time staying here. Nice and clean property, good selection on breakfast choices. The room could have been cleaner this time around, but overall good. The main disappointment was the timing of our trip (Memorial Day week). A lot of baseball families stay there due to the Cal Ripkin Experience being on the hill right above the hotel. “The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality. “I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive……

“If you’re a Christmas lover like myself, you’re gonna love the Inn at Christmas Place. Everywhere you look you will see Christmas decor that brings a huge smile to your face. Even places you wouldn’t expect are decorated. Each piece is classy and elegant and every floor is decorated differently.
