“Convenient location, from union train station, u can go all the way covered to the hotel. Modern design with modern art throughout, including outside of building walls. With all essentials needed for traveller. Staff at concierge are friendly and helpful. ”

“Nice complimentary breakfast provided. Rooms were very spacious and clean. A lot of dining options within walking distance on same property. Would definitely book again!”

“This hotel has seen better days. The picture of the front entrance is not at all indicative of this tired old gem. If you value you value the undercarriage on your vehicle avoid the parking lot! In a word dumpy not worth the cost. Hotel is at the end of a runway. Likely not ever to visit again...”

“If I could give the staff 6 stars I would! Every single person we interacted with was so helpful, cheerful and professional! From the front desk, cleaning staff, and the restaurant staff, they made our stay during a difficult time, a positive one.”

“The shower could have been a bit stronger & a hairdryer that had separate controls for the heat & speed would have been nice but otherwise a very nice stay.”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful. So helpful with parking, local areas to visit, restaurants. Everytime we would come back in, warm welcome, chatting and truly a delight to be welcomed that way. We didn't get to try the restaurant but the prices seemed to be reasonable. The only complaint and very minor at that was the size of the room and the view. The room was very small and my view was of a back alley and dumpsters.”
