“Clean room”

“The only Mandatory fees （65$ a night) not mention and when I ask any chargeable activities. They said only a leaflet will show. Suggest must mention to guests when check-in. To avoid any arguments. ”

“Rooms are a little outdated for what you pay. Breakfast is as expected, however, dishes get piled and left too long and items (cream, jam) don’t get replenished quick enough or they advise that they have run out (which is not acceptable in my opinion). Otherwise, great place to stay! Staff is friendly and complimentary firewood is a bonus 👌 Overall, 4 stars”

“We arrived early, almost 2 hours before check-in but were welcomed and provided our rooms right away. We received excellent service at the spa. We were late checking out due to enjoying time at the spa. We notified that we would be late checking out and there was no problem. I will definitely return to the Windermere House! ”

“Staff from Victoria at the desk to Ashly at breakfast were all great. ”

“We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. ”

“All was fantastic but we found that not many options on the menu for the cabin and babbos. ”

“The property is definitely dated, but v clean. Needed a place to stay for a local race which required 3 nights accommodation. Price was right, and then I was also informed at check in that bc the pool wasn’t open, I would be receiving an additional discount. Nice! Staff were wonderful, and provided me a lot of detail about what amenities were on site, AND the restaurant was open until 10pm which was great! Bed was comfy, loved having a balcony overlooking the little pond in front of the……

“We were extremely pleased with the cottage. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with everthing we would need. They are thoughtful in providing everyday items. They were very quick to respond when we had a question and needed to contact them. The fact that there is a designated areas to take your pets was a benefit. Overall it was a very positive experience and we will definitely be returning.”
