He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. "The hotel has a clean, modern vibe... not stuffy at all... the staff without exception were excellent! Helpful, friendly and they all remembered me and my sister throughout our stay. We were staying at the Indigo for a wedding nearby and the staff went out of their way to let us have an early check-in to prepare for the wedding. Even the other guests at the hotel were super friendly and helped us navigate the key cards required for the elevator. We highly recommend the Hotel Indigo and will stay there again the next time we're in Brooklyn!"

"Me and my parents had a terrible experience during our stay at Sprinhill Suites and probably for the first time experience while staying with Marriott. We checked in into 2 rooms on Friday night somewhere between 11 - 12 at night. We asked for some water that time but the front desk person told us that they were out of water bottles. I just went and bought my own in that case. When we entered the room the AC in both the rooms that were allocated to us were not working. I tried calling the front desk only to realize that the phone in my room is not working. I went to my parents room and called. Front desk gave me instruction on how to turn on the AC. That did not work. My wife called a few minutes later and the front desk person said 'Your husband was given the instructions on how to turn on the AC but looks like he is incapable of turning on the AC'. That was first very rude and condescending. By around 2 am at night, after a few phone calls with front desk, they said this is an engineering job and can only be done in the morning. We finally made a request for some fans finally. The next morning after 2 hours of follow up an engineer finally showed up to tell us that the AC in those rooms was not working in the first place. That time the front desk manager told us that we will have to vacate the rooms and that they will now allocate new rooms to us. So we had to pack again and follow up with the hotel that day to make sure we have 2 rooms again the next night."

"While staying at this hotel for eight days seven nights, we did not receive room service the entire stay the hotel itself seemed clean, and the staff were nice. Although the towel warmer in the room did not work and we only received two towels for the whole week. We had also paid for a city view room and received a room that overlooked their laundry mat attached to the hotel so all we saw the roof of a laundromat. The mini fridge in the room seem to consistently leak water. I try not to complain too much as I did not try to spend it very much time in the room as I was exploring the city although for the price, I definitely think there could’ve been improvements made. I will reiterate, though I am sure if I would have asked the front desk for towels I could’ve received them, but as we were coming to the room late every night, we really just wanted to go to bed and the lady at the front was a young lady, and she was always kind and pleasant."
