Loved the house and the pool/hot tub. Found out while we were here that you can’t heat both at same time and pool takes a long time to heat. There way more amenities than they tell you. They have beach towels and a coffee maker and wine glasses and a wine opener robes for everyone It’s beautiful. Just insanely windy and pls es non stop over head. 5 minutes to downtown.

Beautiful tiled floors. Modern kitchen with updated appliances. Great outdoor space for a barbeque. Sweet swimming pool. Nice bathrooms with plenty of towels.

The house was well located & the original design is great. Overall the place was not the best. The finishes were cold and the furniture old. The kitchen was not well appointed; appliances not working well; certain lights broken & blinds were haggard.

Okay, I never EVER write a bad review, however I felt this one was pretty deserving. We have stayed in many properties in this area and this was by far our least favorite. When we arrived, the alarm system was turned on and was going off - was unable to ever directly get a live person just an answering machine. There was a large wind storm when we arrived (totally understand this is out of the property management control) however I called to ask if they could clean the pool from the debris and they said someone did- it was still disgusting we barely were able to get in. The outside furniture was filthy, disorganized and the dishes in the cabinets were gross with food /stains on many of the dishes. Both drains were not working, a bedroom fan/light was broken. They did come and fix the drains and offered to come and “take down the light” but at that point who wants a maintenance crew

I’m a little torn writing this review. There was a lot to like about the house. The location was fantastic, the space was great, the size and having a pool and privacy was wonderful. I’m giving the house a 3.5 rating. It was clean- in that it looked like it had been cleaned maybe a month before and had sat empty ever since. I placed my purse on the master bedroom chair and a little puff of dust flew in the air. It had clearly been windy-all the cushions for the patio furniture were blown into the gravel and the pool was full of debris. I don’t fault the company that but when we went to fish out the debris, the net left for us had a massive hole in it, making it useless. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrible and during my last shower in the house it reduced by half. Trying to rise conditioner out of long hair in a drizzle of water is not fun. Oh, and the front door knob on the outside fell off. I called the property manager and told them of the useless net and broken handle. They said they’d send someone out. They didn’t say when. No one ever let me know a time. My friend and I (we are two single women) were in our bathing suits in the pool when some guy poked his head out the sliding glass door to tell us he’d brought a new net and was going to look at the busted door handle. Um. That didn’t feel safe. I’m sure he knocked and we didn’t hear it but you don’t just COME IN!! We felt so unsafe. Someone should’ve called me and given me a heads up.

My wife and I have been to Shaken Not Stirred many times and have loved it every time. The house is very nice mid-century modern, the pool and hot tub are perfect, the back yard is totally private, and the furnishings keep with the mid-century vibe of the house. Love all of the water toys and chairs around the pool. Checking in and out was a breeze. We will be back again soon - not soon enough!

After the year we've all had, what better way to celebrate my second 40th bday/week than lounging the day away by the pool and enjoying the sauna-like conditions of a Palm Springs late May/early June? The location was very central to all of the Palm Springs 'hot' spots (see what I did there?) and we got plenty of use out of the spacious outdoor area, using the grill for almost every meal and enjoying al fresco dining under the well shaded pergola. Though the house was not well-stocked for meals and general cleaning supplies (BYO spices and extra paper goods, including toilet paper and paper towels), the Albertson's was a 3 minute drive away and provided most of the comforts of home. There were a few maintenance hiccups but all in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I came to rest and sleep by the pool. Unable to do this because of the noise. The house is very clean and comforting. The gas BBQ did not have the propane tank. We had to call for service to adjust the air conditioning. The service technician was great. He also showed us how to operate the televisions. You had to stand by a closet in order to change the channels. The water dispenser was broken so we had to buy water. The owners of the property have done a great job with the remodel but the location doesnt work

This was a cute house and In a great location. However, it needs some attention and few things fixed. The refrigerator leaks all over the floor, which obviously has been going on for awhile sine the cabinet next to it was rotten. I left a message for the property managers and never received a response. Only one of the outside fire pits work and the other was very difficult to light. Kitchen could be stocked with a few more basic items such as a cookie sheet. Only a few burners work on the stove and the ones that do work won’t stop ticking once you get them lit. Seems a little dangerous. As far as house cleaning , i think I would hire new house keepers.
