I want to move in

This house is gorgeous. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the kitchen is incredible and very well stocked with any gadgets you might need to make any meal or drink (we baked cupcakes!) the outdoor bar is a lovely feature as well. There are so many little areas to sit that get shade in different parts of the day. The beds are extremely comfortable, the TVs have Roku, and the AC works well. It’s always nice to have laundry machines on site as well. The pool is fantastic, it’s big and really deep on one end, the outdoor shower is such a luxury too. I spent my birthday weekend with five friends here and it was such a good time, we made drinks, we cooked food, we hung out in the pool. I miss it already!! It’s very quiet and peaceful in the area, the perfect place for a vacation. It’s close to a lot of good food, we didn’t really walk anywhere because it was too hot but there are definitely businesses that are walking distance. We honestly didn’t leave the house much at all, you don’t even need to! I will definitely be coming back here!!! Perfect Palm Springs oasis.

Modern Marion Magical!

We always like to rent in the Twins Palms neighbourhood and this house was lovely, very tastefully decorated. The house actually was bigger then what I thought and the best part was the outdoor eating area, underneath the trees. Stunning! The property management company Acme was excellent too.

Beautifully decorated - so many nice touches to make you feel at home. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Outdoor area is perfect - good-sized pool, great hot tub, GORGEOUS outdoor eating area and fire pit for cool evenings and wine. Acme was also great to work with - the water heater broke and in a few hours they had it replaced!

Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the Modern Marion house - it was gorgeously decorated inside, the bedrooms were beautiful and spacious and everything was so comfortable. The house was outfitted with all the essentials too which was so great to not to have to buy everything (dishwasher soap, detergent, mini shampoos, etc), and a ton of extra towels for the pool too! Also the fact that they had TVs in every room was great! We will definitely use ACME again!

Reviewer Comments: Acme was most responsive to any of my requests. as a probable continued renter, I wish the owner would get more comfortable seating the the Living room. there is not one seat that is comfortable. The owner may want to cut down the two trees that lean over the roof. As a former home owner in warm climate, I found these to be a road for rats to get on roof and probable entry into the house. also please move outdoor dining table out from under the trees where the birds poop all over the table daily! It may be attractively located but no one would eat there. Fix the towel hook in guest bathroom and get more towel hooks for the guest bath. One isn't enough for two bedrooms. The master bath could use at least more towel hook as well.

Great house for groups

This house is well appointed, beautiful, clean with a great layout for groups. I would definitely rent again. A couple things - it’s 1 king, mayyyybe 1 queen, and 2 full beds. The dishwasher never got any dishes fully clean. And the hot water almost burnt one of our guests. Second two of these three can be adjusted - the beds was the most annoying because I believe it listed 2 Kong’s, 2 queens. I truly think it’s 1 king, 3 fulls.

Everything was perfect!

Such a beautiful place that is very well laid out. Pictures are great but once you arrive it makes it 10x better. We did have some issues with the pool and hot tub but once we contacted the property they sent someone over right away to get the issues resolved. Will be back for sure!!

Hands down the best home I’ve rented!

This will absolutely be the rental I come back to next time I’m in Palm Springs. Everything from decor, cleanliness, location etc etc was exceptional! We were absolutely thrilled and everyone kept commenting on how wonderful the house was.

Wow what a house!

Twin Palms Paradise!

Great stay at Twin Palms. I have to say we have stayed at many rentals and the rental company, Acme and these owners are well prepared for guests! Everything was there that we needed! I always pre buy supplies and groceries and we left the dry goods behind because there was plenty of everything already there. Great beds and layout. Pool was fun and the house is in a super cool neighborhood full of mid century Palm Springs vibe. If we come back for the tennis we will stay again.

Perfect house for a family of 8- never felt crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of Modern Marion online don't do it justice. The rooms flow beautifully one into the other-the house was spotless with very comfy beds and pillows and a completely well-stocked kitchen. They have unbreakable plates and glasses for out by the pool. Speaking of the pool- it's a fabulous large pool with attached hot tub. Poor temperature was perfect around 85 degrees- hot tub about 110. You can't adjust the heat but you flip the heat between the hot tub or the pool. Nice fire pit outside where we roasted marshmallows. Beautifully landscaped backyard for total privacy the home is at the foot of the beautiful mountains- it's really breathtaking. You are 3/4 of a mile from downtown. Two great restaurants we hit were Giuseppe's with deep dish pizza and Smoke T upree BBQ- best BBQ I ever had-beef brisket is to die for I booked this house through Les- (sweetie) at Acme and was met by Brenda on our first day- she did a walk-through of the house and explained everything which was a nice touch Upon arrival there were no pool floaties so Brenda contacted the right people and we had them within two hours. There were two issues during our stay- 1 clogged drain in the shower and the automatic backyard lights were not working. Acme has a special link for problems on their website so I just sent a quick note about the problems and they were fixed within 12 hours .All in all I think this home is a great one for the money. There were other homes that were much more than this. I hope to return to Modern Marion one day. PS They include extras like TP paper towels, dishwashing detergent, Also Salt and pepper ,spices some bath toiletries which are all nice touches ( do bring Kleenex)

Nice Home
