"A lovely oasis in the craziness that is Patong Beach! Staff were excellent and attentive. Great dining options and top entertainment on an evening. Pools were very clean! Just unfortunately we had poor weather. We upgraded our room and had lovely views from the third floor."

"Breakfast was great, staff came to the room to clean around 3pmish. There's a shuttle that takes you to beach or shopping and it leaves once an hour. They offer laundry, but it's cheaper just to go to the 7/11 nearby and do laundry there if they offer it. "

"Booked this hotel as our final stay in Thailand after a multi stay trip. So glad we did as it was exceptional! Room was marvellous! Large, clean, airy, the best bed, PIR floor level night lights, beautiful bathroom, free minibar, superb balcony with comfy bed seat with mosquito net that overlooks the pool area. Spacious reception area with brilliant staff. Small indoor pool bar and 2 x pool tables. The breakfast (although not included in our booking so paid ourselves) was fantastic! Huge variety of foods that were perfectly cooked or cold buffet selection as well as drinks. If you’re staying in Patong/Phuket area then stay here. "

"Staff from the Cafe to the Restaurant and Bar's and staff from desk, security and cleaners went out of their way to make your Holiday at Grand Mercure Resort as pleasurable and worry free as possible. You were left with nothing but to relax and enjoy your holiday. Will be going back for another Holiday."
