「The host was great - responded very quickly to questions both before and during our stay! It was below zero outside the whole weekend, and the heat worked well, no issues! Very cozy condo. Also, great wireless and hot water/water pressure. Both bathrooms were especially nice. I recommend backpacks or shoulder bags for carrying luggage up the back spiral stairs from your car (nice to have a parking spot). Also, note the back stairs are to the right of the parking spot when facing the building....

「Bright, comfortable, clean and well-appointed apartment with a great view of the city. Metro, bus lines and markets were an easy walk. Outdoor temperatures were below freezing, but inside was cozy with ample hot water and thermostat options. Excellent communication with the host. The optional parking space was a bonus. 「A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful...

「The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.」

「Great location from which to explore Montreal! Don’t judge a book by its cover- this apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly to questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working. 「This vacation home is few steps from the metro station, there are many restaurants nearby, has one parking spot included at the back of property and within 3 minutes walk there’s a indoor parking lot, very old yet functional and can be control from your phone through “Click and Park”. Good communication with owner or property manager. There are two flights of stairs to climb, so take that into consideration. Still pretty good, recommended!」

「The apt. was quite comfortable, & our contact was helpful, friendly, & informative. However, the street was exceptionally noisy at night when the nightclub across the street was open--revelers yelling, horn honking, & general noise till 4:00 or 4:30 a.m. The headboard on the bed made noise as well. Night noise was the only drawback.」

"Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close. You can go everywhere without a car. There is shopping mall nearby too ( walking distance about 16 mionutes.) Overall it is very nice. I will come again when I go to Montreal next time. Highly recommended !"
