Quiet and well located.

Cheap and very good for those who like it quiet and well located 180m from the beach, quiet location on the most beautiful section of 5th Avenue, parking in front of the door, large balcony and rooftop pool with a view! Supermarket opposite, good support from the landlord, air conditioning/Wi-Fi/ complete kitchen with enough space to sit. A bit old fashioned.
