This hotel is simply AMAZING. Everything runs perfectly. It is spotless, spacious, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are huge, incredibly comfortable, and so welcoming that you truly feel at home.
The food was outstanding. The Mexican restaurants were absolutely delicious, and Asiana was on a whole different level in terms of quality. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to try Dolma, but based on our experience with everything else, we have no doubt it is excellent as well.
The icing on the cake was the service. Every single employee we encountered was kind, respectful, warm, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience.
We would especially like to recognize Antonio at Pelícano, whose sweet and relaxed personality made every visit enjoyable, and Andy at one of the Mexican restaurants, who went above and beyond with his attention to detail. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
We experienced an exceptional level of service throughout our stay, and we will gladly return in the future.
The only negative aspect of our experience was the VIP sales team. My goodness… they simply don’t let you breathe while trying to sell their membership. In our case, they even told us that the ferry port to Cozumel was closed in an attempt to convince us to sign up for their program. That was very disappointing and inappropriate. There should be"
