「It was a great experience! I would say that rooms need an update. The was water leak in the bathroom, our phone shower wouldn’t stay in its place, and there were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom sink. With all that said, room wad clean and we had a comfortable bed. I liked the private pool in our area.」

「The room was clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will say the room was clean and cleaned regularly. The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. The building needs some remodeling and the picture look like they were taken when the place was built. The pool wasn't working the last two days and was cloudy and a little green. 「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property.
