「We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

「It’s the perfect apartment in the perfect location. It’s in the center of it all. The place is beautiful, clean, and walking distance from all the great restaurants. The oyster shack and the Waiter’s Gastropub are a must. The beach next to Condado Plaza Hotel (12 min walk/4 min scooter ride) is great, and the food cart there has the best pinchos.
