"A pipe burst during our stay. There was no running water so we checked out early. The property owner was unwilling to make any adjustments to our bill, even though it was their staff who shared that the repair was not going well and they did not know when or if the water would be turned back on. The property was great and we were excited to stay there. "

"Hotel was VERY loud, you could hear everything in the halls and in other rooms. I wasn’t able to sleep. The pool was not heating and so there were tons of kids with floaties in the hot tub—which made it unusable for us. It would be nice to perhaps have some kid-free hours available in that area for adults. Also the surprise charges at the end of the stay should be upfront, I would’ve chosen a better hotel, it was a surprise of over $40 more than what we booked for. The staff were very kind, and attentive, and the room was clean. It’s just not a hotel that is ideal if you’re kid-free and wanting to relax in a hot tub or have a quiet night of rest. "

"We had a fantastic stay! The house has an incredible view and the beach is directly accessible via the steps to the public beach access less than a block down the street. We walked the beach multiple times a day, including visiting the tide pools at low tide directly behind the house. The house itself is great - very clean and has comfortable beds and furniture in all rooms. We spent hours just relaxing and looking out the windows in the living room. The house is also conveniently located near retail and grocery stores, as well as restaurants. Overall we had a fantastic time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"Our stay was beautiful. They decorated the room so lovely. Rose petals everywhere. I loved it. They did such a good job. The room was very clean and the hot tub was very fresh. It was super quiet and peaceful. The view from the room was perfect. Amazing as always. "
