“Our junior suite was a great room, with lots of space. Unfortunately it was infested with flying ants on the walls. There was also an animal living in the ceiling, and black fecese continually fell onto our bed. They did not have any of the same room types for us to switch into, so we stuck it out for the night. These rooms are tucked back quite a ways from the reception , but they end up very close to the highway. So we heard continual noise from passing cars. We were also disappointed in the……

“We loved our stay here so much! The property is gorgeous and the bungalows feel very private and unique. The staff is incredible helpful and took us to our bungalow to walk us through the amenities. It is worth noting the location is very remote. If you do not have a car, the hotel was very helpful arranging taxis. The final road to get to the property is a very bumpy road so we didn’t want to leave more than we had too. We wish we had an extra day we could’ve spent to just enjoy the property……

“This place is wonderful. The night walk was one of our favorite things we did while in Costa Rica, and there is a discount if you stay there which is a bonus. We got to see so many different frogs, and 3 kinds of snakes. JP was our guide and he was great. He was super fun and took the time to teach us as we walked. We also loved the butterfly garden. We can't say enough about how magical the whole experience was.”

“When we got in our room the shower head was missing. We heard banging all night and discovered in the morning that there was a truck parked outside our room with horses in it.”

“It’s pretty remote kinda, they don’t have lights to lead you to the area from the road so it’s best to get there before it gets dark. The breakfast was good, there different variety especially with dinner. Staff was very nice & accommodating. My air conditioning wasn’t that cold but still enough for some air. ”

“This property was very nice. There was a bit of construction on site but it did not bother me at all. The view from the room and balcony is priceless. What I loved the most was the view in the shower. Imagine, taking a shower with a volcano in the background. Great place!”
