「Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was good. It's a wonderful place to stay, with plenty of water activities just a 5-minute drive away. 「This is our second stay at the property. First stay was 2024. The cons this time: check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready until 5:53pm. Not a huge deal, bigger issue was the lack of accuracy and communication from front desk. We had to check 3 times to get updates and were told they would text us. Never happened. Made the start frustrating given we were with 4 kids and trying to figure out what we should do w luggage, change clothes, etc. we only knew our room was ready from the beach bar...

We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.」
