“When I visited the air was broken, so the rook was quite warm. Otherwise my stay was excellent! The Blum room was so cute. Great shower. So quiet at night and a lovely area to walk since it’s located in Old Salem.”

“The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants.”

“Clean house with large master bedroom with big windows facing the lake ”

“We loved staying in the beautiful restored villa. Our room was decorated with a great mix of old and new. The bathroom is exquisite with soaking tub and large shower. We were treated to a fantastic breakfast at their sister property.”

“Thanks for a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and well kept. I was able to get some peace and quiet while attending GHOE and checking on the remodeling of one of my rental properties. I got the best rest during my stay. The property is safe and secure. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely a home away from home. Will stay again.”

“Like stepping into a piece of history.”

“My daughter and I stayed at Summit Street Inn for a weekend of college touring and getting to know Winston Salem. This inn is beautiful and clean, conveniently located at the “end” of downtown. We felt safe and walked to dinner and other outings. The home is well maintained with a mix of old (original creeky floors) and new (bathrooms) and lovely gardens! We will be back!”

“Beautiful property, great communication. Take the option for full breakfast at Founders - excellent food. Thanks for the stay.”
