“Hotel was in great renovated condition, rooms were clean and functional. Reception were helpful and always available to help. Location was good as we were only a 20 minute walk from the train station so we're able to pop to Windsor within 40 minutes, plus you are right on the river so can take a walk alongside to the station! The only downside to our stay was the error made at billing for parking and the spa where we were double charged, but I'm hopeful this will be corrected quickly.”

“Wonderful old property, we stayed in our first room for 3 days, the room was very clean but the bathroom was very small with an even smaller shower, the sink was in the room, we had booked a deluxe room but wonder if room 2 actually was one? We stayed in Room No 1, which was an indulgence room on our 4th night which was much better for us, larger bed, which didn't squeak, lovely big bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Breakfast was great,but they ran out of vegetarian sausages on our 2nd……

“The accessible twin room was perfect for travelling with my Mum who has limited mobility. It was the first (only?) room on the ground floor. It was spacious and good to have rails by the walk-in shower and toilet. Although my Mum uses a walking stick and not a wheelchair we could see it being perfect for someone who does. We liked the little table and chairs, The hotel is within a short walk from restaurants and shops. The staff on reception were friendly.”

“Room was tiny, no bedside table on one side. Overlooked the car park and bar, very noisy. Disappointing.”
