“Clean rooms ,easy off & on interstate very friendly staff.”

“The room was very clean and spacious. We checked in late and line to check in was very long, but the lady at the front desk treated every single person with kindness and the process flowed excellent”

“Booked room through Expedia at a discount. Was assigned a room two doors from elevator, and with a view almost totally obstructed by the building’s exterior facade. Get what you pay for I guess. The electronic door lock was problematic and had to be tried several times before finally opening. The alarm clock would not set to current TOD. The bath fan was really loud and had not been cleaned in some time. The bath towels are cheap. Morning breakfast is provided but don’t expect much. Could stay……

“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she……

“Was very impressed to have such a nice hotel so clean and courteous in our small town. We had to plan a stay for the night due to our home AC on the blink and they provided service with a smile! Very pet friendly as well!”

“Hotel itself was great. This is otherwise a 5/5 hotel but the only reason I had to deduct a star was because in the bathroom of my hotel room, the previous guest appeared to have shaved and pieces of hair were left all over the bottom of the sink where the towels are placed. I usually clean my hotel rooms each time I stay somewhere but I just found it to be annoying that it wasn’t attended to sooner. Other than that the hotel is very modern and clean. Located right next to the Legacy Museum……

“How friendly the staff was”

“This was a one night stay for us as we were traveling through to Florida. Hotel was conveniently located, well lit, clean, close to shopping and eating establishments. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was too firm for our liking but we are used to a Purple mattress.”

“The room was fine, clean enough. The noise level was too much - I had asked about a quiet room and the front desk attendant put as right next to the elevator across from a room filled with screaming children who continually slammed doors. Front desk staff left mops out while not in use, and the stairwell was FILLED with old mattresses - made me wonder if there was a bed bug issue? I have never had an issue with a La Quinta before, this one made me think twice about staying again.”

“Breakfast was very limited. Could not find any juice. No instant oatmeal, only instant grits. One children's cereal offering. Took a slightly old banana.”
