“We’re Ace Members and stay here all the time, usually checking in between 3 & 4 pm. Although check in time is 4 pm, we’ve never had a problem checking in a little earlier. The last two times @ approximately 3:30 we were told there was not one room available. They have 340 rooms and we see the cleaning staff cleaning rooms at 9 am. So they were obviously lying to their us. There are other hotel/casinos that do this to their customers to keep them in the casino for a longer time. Not cool. We were……

“Very quiet and clean property, clean Jacuzzi and pool”

“There should have been communication about the situation with this property. Firstly, when we arrive we learn the main pool is closed for a private event until 6:00 pm! There was another pool on the property that was close to us and open but when we looked from our room, it was impossibly crowded. We did not go the pool on our first day. Next day when we go down, we find out our nearby pool had no towels, no bar, no music, no staff. It basically felt like a poorly maintained apartment complex……

“We loved our stay at the Alhatti. It was very comfortable and a peaceful and beautiful place to stay during our visit to Idyllwild. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We wished the outdoor porch light could be turned off, as it made the room brighter at night. We would certainly recommend it to any other families and would come back again.”
