「The premises are beautiful, the staff extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and impeccable. Beach was also a plus. The concierge service is excellent and our two assigned concierges, Melissa and Iliana helped us plan the week's meals and activities. They guided us step by step.」

「We loved our stay at Jungala!!
The suites are roomy, spotless, tastefully decorated with almost any amenity you would need. The service was impeccable. We had access to the grounds & pools of the other beautiful hotels within the Vidanta complex. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future trip to the Riviera Maya! 」
