Great location and comfortable beds

This place was well priced, accommodating, and centrally located on mission beach. Short walks to a handful of bars and restaurants. I’d stay there again

My FAVORITE midwest winter escape!

Mission Beach for 5 years is my winter destination and this unit worked perfect for me. Love the location - without a car I use the Metro or bike to visit LaJolla or even Coronado. This unit is spacious and accommodated family & friends that came to visit me. Having the rooftop and laundry made it extra nice!

San Diego Vacation

Perfect getaway

Janet and Scott were great hosts. Excellent communication, place was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. Beautiful rooftop view and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend.

Nice little place

The LOCATION is the absolute best for this little gem. Beds are super comfy! Bathroom was very tiny, but completely doable. Owners responsive. Olives cafe was just around the corner and had delicious breakfast. Cheap rentals was very friendly and convenient to the beach. Would recommend!

Mission Beach

We had a great stay in Mission Beach. The location and property are great. The highlights of the property are the rooftop deck and great off-street parking. The location is perfect just outside the super busy areas but within easy walk to all the attractions. Great place to stay we would do it again if we are back in the area.

Fun around Mission Beach

Beautiful weather!

Bay on one side! Beach on the other! convenience of restaurants , stores, and coffee. Love the walking distance to most anything.

Nice layout, wouldn’t recommend.

Good things: - large space, kitchen was big enough for our needs.- rooftop patio was nice.- location was excellent.- parking was fine. We had a small sedan based on past reviews. Could’ve easily had a small suv - like a Hyundai Tucson/Rav 4.Bad things:- floors were dirty. My friend had on white socks, turned black. They came and remopped.- The hvac system was horrible. It wasn’t working and we couldn’t turn the ac off. It was cold at night so we needed the heat. We slept in our clothes. They finally sent someone but it took a few phone calls. Just a weird set up for the hvac.We were thankful that they agreed to give us a partial refund, which we very much appreciated.

Fabulous condo and awesome location!!

We had a great stay! The condo is just as it's described it was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 of us.The location was wonderful, being so close to the bay, the ocean and great restaurants that were within walking distance. The rooftop deck was nice to layout on when the beach was a little too cool with the wind.We had a couple of hick-ups with someone in our parking spot and a smoke detector that started to go off at 11p ( why do they always act up at night?) the hosts were fabulous to help and get back to us right away. They were so good about information and helping us with our rental. We would stay here again.

Great sister getaway!

Convenient to both bayside boardwalk (1/2 block) and ocean boardwalk (2 1/2 blocks). Clean and well cared for - a very minor issue getting access when we got there, but Jill was very responsive and her crew very helpful. Pleasant surprise to have coffee and snacks already there Would definitely return!

Very centrally located property with beautiful rooftop patio

Janet and Scott were great hosts; they were very prompt with communication and flexible to allow us early check in. The property was very centrally located. The parking spot was super convenient. The rooftop patio was my favourite part of the rental. There is some room for improvement. Though most of the property was very clean, there were hairs all over the inside of the shower curtain. The bedding was not very comfortable - the pillows were very lumpy and the duvet had holes in it. The kitchen had all the right appliances but it only had exactly 4 plates and bowls, which made us have to do dishes after each meal (there was 3 of us there). Many of the window blinds had were broken or had missing slats. The couch had one seat that was very sunken in compared to the rest of the seats. The bathroom was extremely old and missing plugs. The sink was cracked. Some upgrades to the above would really elevate the rental.

Perfect location

This was such a bright, roomy unit to stay in. Everything was so clean & homey. We used the rooftop deck for many meals & watched fire works up there. Having the bikes was super fun too. Janet & Scott were wonderful hosts. Would definately stay there again!

Fantastic lication

This unit was in the perfect location on the strip. Clean and had some beach equipment. The roof deck is great for grilling out. Would stay here again.
