Perfect for a Springbreak get a way. My two kids (9 &11) slept on the fold out couch and had no complaints. Catholic church a few blocks away along with the beach. Shopping coffee shops bars all within a short walk. Basketball across the street and some serious pickle ball. The Zoo is about 20 minutes, Petco Park also about 20 minutes. We had a blast going to do it again next year.

Grill not useable...was on assumption it was a gas not charcoal grill. Found a cockroach in living room and one in nightstand drawer..Besides that it was absolutely perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is in a great location in Pacific Beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Evolve accommodated us greatly and were very helpful throughout the entire process. However the home owner was not very pleasant to deal with and he lives in the apartment right beside. Overall, we thought the apartment was great!

Could have been cleaner. Found a few cheerios throughout the place left behind from previous vacationers. Bed was not good at all. It's a 4 inch mattress on top of a box spring. Pull out couch bed was horrid. Vertical window blinds throughout property broken and falling off at the slightest touch. Not a bad location but seems owner is somewhat frugal with decor and cleanliness. Over all if the price was lower I'd recommend. First and last stay at this one for us.

I have been lucky enough to reserve this location the past few times that I've visited Pacific Beach. Easy to find, everything is in walking distance. Never have been bothered by the neighbors. I look forward to staying here again.

I had a good stay. It was close to restaurants and shops. It was quaint and perfect for a couple. The living room furniture was quite uncomfortable so I can’t imagine the pullout bed being comfortable either. It was supplied with the basic needs that one might need. It was pretty clean. I would recommend that the cleaning crew wipe off around the light switches, top of trash can and a few cabinets that showed dirt. I would recommend to a couple.

This apartment was nicely maintained and clean and just as described. Enjoyed the neighborhood and the on-premises laundry. Check out Fanuel Street Park while you are there!

The place was very clean and perfect if you do not have family. The nice thing was the master bedroom had an AC. When you leave the windows open a nice breeze circulates throughout the house. Great location and you cant beat the price.

Apartment is just OK. Furniture is a little bit dated. A few things were broken in the apartment when we arrived but we reported them and did not have any issue later on. Also I had to do a little cleaning before placing my things as some things were not as clean as expected. That being said, for the price and location (15min walk to the beach) this is a good deal. We were barely staying home. The bed was comfortable and air conditioning in the bedroom was appreciated. The internet connection is excellent. Neighborhood is calm and safe. I do not recommend sleeping on the couch though as it is very uncomfortable.

Four adults stayed for 3 nights in late July. It's too small for 4 adults, but would work for 2 adults and 2 small children. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - you could feel the springs. It was clean and had everything we needed except A/C. There was a window A/C unit in the bedroom and a fan to use in the living space, but it was very warm when we were there. We didn't spend much time there - only to sleep and eat breakfast. It's close to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Would stay again as a couple.during cooler months.

This property was perfectly located with a park across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. Of course the beach was just a short scooter or bike ride away. The property was perfect for my husband and I to have plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring all that Pacific Beach has to offer. We truly enjoyed the weekend and can not wait to come back again!
