Great location and amenities

Great property. Close to the beach. Great onsite parking. Awesome balcony and fenced yard. We loved our stay. The property management company was great and easy to contact. We would definitely come back.

Great beach, dog friendly condo

The condo is a little dated but as expected given the price range. They actually offer more amenities than the listing mentions. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hard to share the parking with the neighboring renter but able to find street parking easily. Would stay again. Thank you!

Ocean Beach is disappointing

The following isn’t the fault of the property management: Remember OB favorably from like 10 years ago. It is kind of a dump now. The streets smell of urine (animal? human?). Good coffee hut a couple of blocks away, and downtown is walking distance. Dog beach is across the street and a park. The property is clean, cracked tiles and broken fans notwithstanding. Neighborhood isn’t their fault.

Great weather

Great parking and close to beach and restaurants. Needs more comfortable furniture and floor tiles chipped need replacement. Lots of stairs. Not good for seniors.

Our Stay in OB

The property is located in the flight path of San Diego International Airport, as noted in the listing. Flights start at 6:30 am and end at 11:00 pm . . . they are really LOUD . . . even with the windows closed . . . the location is good for food choices.

Overall great little vacation rental

Bring a San Diego native that moved away I really I liked the location. Fenced yard and parking a plus. Especially with littles. Washer and dryer a plus. Great place to stay as a family. Would definitely stay here again. One thing I would just wash the dishes before using they were all pretty dirty but was not a big deal for us to wash them.

Nice place and nice location. Maybe not the best place inside for us older, simi handicap people. Furniture very uncomfortable and too many stairs for us. Overall trip was fantastic and you helped make it that way. Thank you

Fun family gathering

We loved staying do close to Ocean Beach and then dog beach. We brought our family which includes mom, me, brother, sister, brother-in-law, son, his fiancée, daughter, son-in-law, and dogs on our family trip. We enjoyed relaxing, the beach, exploring the neighborhood shops and restaurants, family meals together, the beautiful balcony and view, the yard was perfect for our dogs, and the off street parking was great. One of our favorite trips.

Sad to only give a 2 star review. The location was great.

With a little effort this house could be better. Not as clean as it could be, no working thermostat, (electrical heaters made the circuit breaker pop, leaving no power upstairs) no kitchen towels and dirty dishwasher.Sad to say that these few could give them a better rating .

Overall - I was disappointed with the townhome. Positives - neighbors were friendly. The code I was emailed was wrong but got a quick response from the manager with the correct code. We received a personalized thank you card which was nice! Close to the beach and restaurants. Negatives - Floors were not clean. No Blinds in the 3rd floor room to block sunlight. The combination of not having any air conditioning and extremely noisy because of the proximity to the airport. I understand there isn't much you can about jet noise but I have to balance opening the windows for cool air and noise from the airplanes. I would recommend investing in A/C. Also, 3 windows did not have screens on them. The place only had 1 full bath (bad on me for not verifying but I was expecting 2 full baths). In summary, for the price I paid, I expected the basic necessities to be accomplished (clean, cool, dark room that's reasonably quiet). That was not the case.

Cute beach home walking distance from beach

We loved it here. The only downside is that the 2nd bedroom is on the 3rd floor. With small children this was not even an option once we saw it but there was a futon in the master bedroom so the kids joined us in there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed with the exception of salt and pepper. It was super comfortable and clean! We loved the literature left on the counter that told us about local activities and nearby stores. The driveway was a bit tough for us to fit the minivan along side the neighbors 2 cars. But we managed and they were really friendly. We will definitely stay here again. It was exactly what we needed !

Absolutely wonderful!

The process of renting the property was painless & professional. My family enjoyed staying there & being in walking distance from the beach & several restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!
