The Space
Siliconcasa is designed for extended stays (30+ days), offering a thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped home where you can feel right at home. Step inside this spacious single-story house, featuring stylish decor and all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms:
1. Master Bedroom: A peaceful retreat with a cozy Queen bed, a spacious closet with a fantastic shelving system, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
2. Second Bedroom: A lovely Queen bed and a well-organized closet, sharing a bathroom with the third bedroom.
3. Third Bedroom: Ideal for work or relaxation, with 2 twin beds, a work desk, and plenty of storage space.

Kitchen:
A chef’s dream! The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and an oversized fridge. Cookware, utensils, and a variety of cooking essentials are all provided to help you enjoy gourmet meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four, perfect for family meals or business meetings.

Living Room:
Relax in the cozy living room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV for entertainment. The space also includes a work desk for remote work days and a specially designated coffee setup for your morning ritual.

Bathrooms:
Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are provided to ensure your comfort. The bathrooms are well-stocked and designed for maximum convenience.

Laundry:
Take advantage of the extra-large washer and dryer on-site for easy laundry days during your stay.

Outdoor Area:
Enjoy the gorgeous California weather in the spacious backyard. With lush green grass, fruit trees, and a swing, it's the perfect place for relaxation. Plus, the seating area accommodates your group for outdoor dining or just unwinding after a busy day.

House Rules:
1. No smoking, no parties/events (unless approved prior).
2. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
3. No pets unless explicitly noted in the listing.
4. Please be mindful of garbage protocols and follow the instructions in the Renter's Guide to keep things tidy.
5. The home will be professionally cleaned twice a month for stays over 30 days. Charges will apply.
6. A fee of $100 per guest per night for undeclared guests

Please Note:
1. Excess mess or violations of house rules will incur extra charges.
- Excess mess: $100 per extra hour for cleaning.
- Garbage violations: $50 per violation.
- Unauthorized parties or events: Immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, and cleaning charges.
- Noise complaints: $300 per complaint, with eviction after the second complaint.
- Smoking or using candles/incense: $250 fee for odor removal.
- Using the fireplace or barbecue: $150 fine.
- Rearranging furniture: $250 fee, plus repair costs if damaged.
