Furthermore, the deposit and tax is required when you check-in and check-out, if the app has indication would be nice.”
“The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad……

“I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The environment was excellent – quiet and peaceful – and the room was very comfortable. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm and friendly service from the staff.
In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Dickson Law and his colleagues, who were exceptionally helpful. After I had already checked out, I realized I had left something behind. They went out of their way to assist me and resolved the issue quickly and with great care.
