“House was lovely. It was in a cul de sac with other similar houses. I felt safe and everything in the house was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with most of what we needed t o make breakfast each day. The hot tub was a nice addition. ”

“This house and location is absolutely stunning! We have rented many homes globally and this was our favorite. Perfect for a large group/couple of families to relax, all dine together, all hang by the pool, etc... We had such a blast each night in the theatre room singing karaoke (machine not included). “We rented the penthouse apartment/top deck and the 3rd floor villa for 9 adults. Fantastic views and huge kitchen to cook group means. Absolutely will rent this villa again if/when we are doing the Santa Cruz Ironman or anytime with a group. Indoor, secure parking appreciated also. 1 block from the beach and pier. The manager is readily available if/when questions come up. ”
