「Front desk was friendly and professional without being stuffy. Even as we walked to our room, staff took the time to greet us. The pool was a nice, refreshing time for the kids. 「The staff was very friendly, checking was quick, we were able to have first floor as we had requested. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The sliding glass door to the courtyard was perfect. The outdoor seating area is fantastic. There is Starbucks with many food options along with coffee. Very easy to find, right off the highway. Will definitely return as we frequently go to Soulard for live music.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「Check-in was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom maybe a little upgrade.. but still comfy! Orlando, the valet was just amazing!!!!! Give that man a raise!
