"Highly recommend staying here. Lovely hotel and room and a nice bathroom. Handy for Vauxhall Station and Westminster. Breakfast was nice. Few minor reccomendations for the room, a plug socket near the bathroom for ironing would be handy, one of the Control panels was not working. Air con despite being on coldest setting struggled to cool the room. TV and unit was dusty. Only minor gripes, would definitely stay again. Would have been handy if reception would have informed us about needing to book for the swimming pool. Luckily they had room for us anyway."

"The room was spectacular with a beautiful bridge view, it was also very clean, the breakfast was lovely and the staff were amazing, overall it was a lovely experience highly recommend"

"Rooms were very modern and clean, the shower was good high pressure and rainfall style. Shampoo and conditioner were provided in the room as well as free tea and coffee. Breakfast was a full English break plus a pancake bar, fruit station and plenty of pastries. Only downside is that it’s not close to the tourist attractions and there’s not much nearby to do or eat. "

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "
