「Location is good but rooms have musty smell. The plug for hair dryer kept coming off from the main socket. Cleanliness was average. We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking.

「There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」

「I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.」

「amazing service from check-in to room service. The breakfast buffet was a bit manic but it was probably more to do with the fact that so many flights have been canceled and the hotel was completely full we really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend paying a little extra for the tower rooms request floors 21 to 26 in room 65 which has a direct view of the pearl Tower simply amazing! Soak in the bathtub and take in the Bund by night and the Pearl Tower directly in front of you. fantastic ...

「Wonderful location. Close to Line 2 subway. Rooms are clean & huge. So comfortable. Slept like a baby every night.」
