Slough Business Hotel

"We had a short break at Stoke Park and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is a very special place and the grounds are fantastic. A highlight was the swimming pool which was very warm, we'll maintained and beautiful with lots of natural light and a big fish tank at the back. The gardens are beautiful and the playground was of very high quality and provided great entertainment for the kids (7 & 3). David at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. "Very nice accommodation for flights at Heathrow. Bedrooms well equipped, clean and very comfortable bed. I was a little disappointed with the dining experience, both dinner and breakfast. I felt I had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meals. "

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. Loads of parking spaces. Grounds well maintained and pretty. Bedroom was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Food served in the bar was tasty and portions were good but highly priced for the standard. Wine is very expensive! Breakfast options good and fast service. The hotel does need updating. The central heating was permanently on and no thermostat on the bathroom radiator so it was unbearably hot. Same issue experienced in other guest rooms...

"Although transportation is an issue if you are on a time crunch but if you plan in advance or don’t mind spending a few dollars, transportation can be easy with half an hour shuttle and uber. Has a positive experience. Helpful staff and nice ambience. "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "
