「The location is quite good. Since it is located near the hot spot, it is very convenience for buying and eating. The hotel is alos quite near to the bus and train station. The environment is quiet and the experience of living there is great. The staff is helpful when I am in trouble and this is a hotel that I will strongly recommended if staying in Kyoto.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Kyoto. The hosts are a wonderful friendly couple who communicated with us continually a couple days before check in & throughout our stay. Upon arrival the home was very clean & orderly. It was well stocked with plenty of towels & toilet paper. It was also equipped with a hair dryer & toiletries such as extra toothbrushes, shampoo & body wash just in case. The hosts also provided many food items for the fridge such as eggs, water, yogurt & butter,...

「The small house was perfect for us (4 adults and one child) to go around Kyoto. There is a big supermarket and several restaurants in walking distance and a playground 20m away (you don’t hear the playground). Beside the local tax link not working, everything went very smooth!」

「Beautiful house with great design in really great neighborhood. For us it was okay but the stairs were very steep so keep that in mind. The bathroom is outside so not sure how comfortable this is in the winter. But it was a nicely designed bathroom and the foot bath is a great feature after a long day of walking. 」
