「Check in was very efficient - Pool area was great for adults and children. Indoor pool clean. We have room service handle Dinner which was extremely delicious and hot, prices very reasonable. Breakfast was good too, and granddaughter 12 and no charge, that was a good deal. Will def. Stay here again. 」

「The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for...
