“Host was very communicative which we appreciated. We let him know about the cleaning concerns we had. Just think the cleaning crew can do a better job. Also, a safety factor of the smoke alarm was missing.”

“The property’s location was its biggest highlight—close to everything we did, with a very quiet neighborhood at night. The AC and heat worked well, and the bathroom was stocked with four bath towels (though no face or body towels, so bringing your own is highly recommended everywhere you go). “The condo was very clean. The pool was very nice and it was nice there was a ping pong table. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the location was not very close to the downtown Old Town Scottsdale where all the restaurants and shops are located.”

“Decent place, safe area, good value for two people to stay for a short time. Close to downtown area. Loved the large mirror in the dining area and the comfortable bed.Needs some maintenance quality control (loose blinds, lock to rooftop broken, fire pit not working). Also, although response received for communications, request was not resolved. A security bar in the shower would be helpful.Also, the VRBO site is not customer friendly. Very hard to maneuver check-in and to find the menu item……

“We had a great stay at this property. The photos were accurate as were previous reviews. It was very clean, great communication and a nice location. It is about an easy 20 minute walk to the heart of Old Town (we opted to just Waymo a few times) but there are some nice options to eat closer as well. Other highlights we enjoyed was the pool area which was very nice, the well appointed kitchen/coffee bar area, and the patio right off the living room with large patio doors for a fun……
