「The free breakfast is one of the better perks here, nice selection for most of us but one of our party needs gluten free options. Staff were not well informed about what is truly gluten free. 「I work the over night shift and was resting. There was an argument about 9pm to the right of where the bed was positioned. I called the front desk to advised. 「We found a lot of dog hair in our room despite we asked for a non pet room due to my wife's allergy. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude. We won't never come back there!」
