「We always enjoy our time at Knights Inn in Jacksonville Florida. The people are very nice and quick to address any issues we might have. The only thing I would change is the hours the pool is open. It would also be nice if the pool could be reopened after a rain currently it is locked once it rains and that's it even after the sun comes out which is frustrating and disappointing. We stay in a wheelchair accessible room due to my mobility issues and the roll in shower is wonderful I feel safe ...

「This was a pleasant stop on our Florida vacation. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was warm and plenty of options. The room was clean. There is a train track near the hotel which does see trains which was cool for me and the kids to see, but could be bothersome to folks who want to avoid traffic and the noise of a train. 「I just needed a place to sleep, and this property served that purpose. The room was basic, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older property but it was clean. The woman who helped me at the desk (who I think is the owner) was MOST helpful and very friendly. I was traveling alone and she made me feel safe. The location is also amazing. A quick walk across the bridge and you are in historic St. Augustine. Overall, a good hotel for the price.」
