「I did not like the property at all. The pictures that was on the site did not look like where I was at. My key did not work since the day I checked in and in order for me to get into room I had to call which it was no immediate response. My last night was the longest I waited to get in the room which was an hour long such an inconvenience. I was not even able to check out effectively nobody answered the phone and I have been calling for hours. The communication the cleanliness the everything...

「Absolutely phenomenal experience! I had to live in Jax for two weeks for grad school and this was the perfect spot. So grateful for such a kind and understanding host. He was always attentive and quick to respond. The price was great considering I was living here for 16 days. It was close yet far enough that I had options. San Marco was such a nice area too! I definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!」

Wished there were a few more pots but I made due with what I had. Enjoyed the patio & the security of the building! Will certainly consider staying again! Thanks!」

「This property is located in a small gated community off of a busy road but you can't even tell because the neighborhood is quiet and very nice to walk around. Unfortunately the looks are closed due to maintenance but we enjoyed taking walks and looking at the river behind the community. Table is a bit wobbly but overall very nice stay. Sorry we set of the alarm a few times lol.」

「I cannot say enough good things about host or the property. They were so helpful getting settled in, and the property was actually nicer than the photos! Everything you can think of has been provided, coffee pods/sugar/creamer. Complex itself is new and in good shape, Neighboors were quiet and the property grounds were immaculate. We come often for trips to the Mayo Clinic and 100% would stay again. We have stayed at multiple properties in Jax over the last 6 months, this is by far the...

「The property was neat and clean. There was a clover covered grassy area in the front which I loved for the spring. My dogs were very welcomed and there was plenty of space for my dog kennels to put the dogs away when we were out and about. The dogs were relaxed. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Everything we needed was right there. The communication about the stay was almost instantaneously. Thank you for the easy way to visit my family and attend a memorial service for my parents with my...

「This apartment was super spacious and the pictures don't do it justice. There are 2 chairs in the living area and a small kitchen table that are not pictured. These were an added surprise when we arrived. Luke was a very attentive host and answered me immediately when I reached out to him. The kitchen was fully stocked including a 5 cup coffee maker and an individual Keurig machine (also not pictured). We really enjoyed walking around the lake/swimming pool area and the very nice fitness...

And when we needed to extend our stay he was able to provide us with options! The beds have plenty of pillows for comfort and the couch has recliners. Plus the location to the pool was perfect! Oh and the coffee/tea set up was a huge plus! It’s the little things.」
